🌸 Preparing for Your Umana Course 

The week leading up to your Umana training are times to begin noticing what you notice about yourself.

I would recommend that if you haven't received a face-to-face Umana treatment or had a distant one, that you book it in prior to the training.

This preparation is lovingly encouraged to help you receive the most from your experience.

Here are a few gentle ways to prepare:

  • Eat lightly and, if possible, follow a vegetarian diet in the days before the course to support energetic clarity and grounding

  • Spend time in quiet reflection or meditation, even just a few minutes a day, to tune into your inner world

  • Limit alcohol, recreational substances, and media overstimulation, allowing your system to gently detox and settle

  • Keep a journal nearby to note any dreams, feelings, or insights that arise as your energy begins to shift

These practices help you enter the sacred space provided with openness, presence, and a clear vessel — ready to receive the attunement and change that Umana brings to your life.

This training is a  sacred space for healing, learning, and inner growth. To honour the integrity of the space and support all particpants, we kindly ask that you register only if you feel:

To support your comfort and presence throughout the day, please bring the following:

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

  •  A notepad or journal and pen for any insights and reflection.

  • Your own lunch (we’ll take a peaceful break together around mid day)

  •   All course materials, Umana manual & resources, along with nourishing snacks and teas will be lovingly provided.

Come as you are — in comfortable clothing and with an open heart.

The energy exchange for this Umana Practitioner course is $600.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to honour both your commitment and the sacred preparation that goes into creating and holding this space for you.

  • Cancellations made more than14 days before the course will receive a full refund minus the $200 non refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of of the course date are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we  may be able to transfer your place to a future date, depending on availability.

Should the workshop be cancelled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be a 100% refund of your course fee.
